Fees, limits and how a swap works
Everything you pay is in the rate you see before you swap. There is no separate service fee and no account.
Our fee: the spread

The spread is taken from the market rate. The rate line under the swap form already includes it.
Network fee for sending your coins
Sending coins out costs us a network fee. On some networks we pass a fixed amount on to you; it is shown in the quote as "network fee included" and already deducted from what you receive.

You pay the network fee of your own payment to us, as with any transfer from your wallet.
Limits for instant swaps
- Smallest swap: $20. When you receive on Ethereum: $50 (because of its network fees).
- Largest instant swap: $1,000 per order.
- Daily total of instant swaps: $5,000, and $2,000 per receiving address.
- Larger amounts are welcome: message us on Telegram and we will quote personally.
Where the price comes from
We read market prices from two independent sources (CoinGecko and Kraken) every 30 seconds. An instant quote is only given when both are fresh and agree within 1%, and stablecoins are only swapped automatically while they trade within 1% of one dollar. Otherwise the form sends you to Telegram, where a person quotes.
Your rate is locked
When you create a swap you get a payment address and an exact amount to send within 15 minutes. A payment made in that time keeps the quoted rate, even if the network confirms it later.
What happens after you pay
- We see your payment and wait for the network to confirm it.
- Our team sends your coins to your receiving address, usually within 30 minutes.
- The order page shows the transaction ID with a link to a block explorer.
When something does not match
- A different amount, or a payment after the time ran out: the order goes to manual review. Message us on Telegram with your order number; we re-quote at the current rate or refund you.
- Refunds go to the refund address in your order, or to an address you confirm with us. The network fee of the refund transaction may be deducted.
- A wrong coin or network (for example USDT on BNB Chain sent to a TRON address) usually cannot be recovered. Always check the network shown on the order page.
Cash and bank transfers
Exchanges with VND, RSD or any bank transfer are always handled personally on Telegram. The rates on our page are market reference rates; you get a firm quote in the chat.
