Privacy

We collect as little as possible. There is no account, no email address, no phone number and no identity check for instant swaps.

What we store for a swap

• The coins, amounts and rate of the swap, its order number and status.
• The receiving address and the refund address you entered, the payment address we gave you, and the transaction IDs of the payment and the payout.
• The IP address your browser used when it created the order, to limit abuse (for example, orders per hour).
• A hash of the private viewing token in your order link (not the token itself).

We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Encrypted backups are kept for 14 days.

In your browser

The site keeps your recent orders, your chosen currency and the last rates in your browser's local storage, and your chosen language in a cookie (ks_lang). They never leave your device unless you open an order link. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs a browser check (Turnstile) when you create a swap; it processes your IP address and browser data for that.
• Our payment system watches the blockchain for your payment.
• Telegram, if you write to us there, under Telegram's own privacy policy.

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Anyone who knows an address can look up its transactions on a block explorer; Monero hides amounts and addresses by default.

Your choices

Message us on Telegram with your order number if you want to know what we store for it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
