Terms of service

These terms apply when you use keelswap.com or exchange with us on Telegram. By creating a swap you accept them.

The service

KeelSwap exchanges cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, BTC, XMR on the networks listed on the site). Swaps up to the instant limit are created on the website; larger amounts and any exchange involving cash or bank transfers are arranged personally on Telegram. We do not hold accounts or balances for users.

Quotes and rates

• A quote shows what you send, what you receive, the rate and any network fee. Our fee is included in the rate (see Fees and limits).
• The rate is locked for payments made within the time shown on the order page. A payment made later, or of a different amount, is reviewed by a person, who re-quotes or refunds.
• Quotes on Telegram are valid for the time stated in the chat.

Your responsibilities

• Send exactly the amount shown, of the coin shown, on the network shown. Coins sent on another network or of another kind may be lost and are not our responsibility.
• Give a receiving address that you control, on the network you selected. Transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed: we cannot recall coins sent to the address you entered.
• Do not use KeelSwap for funds that come from crime or fraud, to evade sanctions, or on behalf of someone who is not allowed to use such a service where they live.

Our rights

We may refuse, pause or hold a swap when a payment looks connected to theft, fraud, sanctions or other illegal activity, when the law requires it, or when prices cannot be determined reliably. In such cases we will contact you through the order page or Telegram and, where allowed, return the payment to its sender or to your refund address.

Refunds

Refunds go to the refund address in the order or to an address you confirm with us on Telegram. The network fee of the refund may be deducted. We do not refund the network fee of your original payment.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by wrong addresses or networks entered by you, delays or failures of blockchains, wallets or exchanges outside our control, or price changes between quote and payment outside the locked period. Our liability for a swap is limited to the amount you sent to us for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to swaps created after it was published.
